In a series of grand opening events beginning March 15, BTI Partners officially launched the onsite sales gallery for Marina Pointe, a 16-story waterfront condominium in Westshore Marina District, the development company’s new walkable waterfront neighborhood and marina now under construction on South Tampa’s western shoreline.
Located on Bridge Street just off Gandy Boulevard, the sales gallery features a scale model of Marina Pointe’s first luxury condominium tower, as well as a full kitchen and bathroom replica and interior finish selections. The Sales Gallery will be open to the public on March 17.

Marina Pointe’s first luxury tower features 113 residences and seven townhomes on a private peninsula overlooking the community’s new 150-slip, deepwater marina. Six floorplans with two-, three-, or four-bedroom configurations range from 1,831 square feet to 3,287 square feet.
